What is your refund policy?
Training cancellations must be requested no later than 14 days from the date of the training course. There will be NO REFUNDS given if a registrant cancels or requests a refund less than 14 days before the training course start date.
Given the limited capacity of our courses and the logistical considerations for our participants, cancellations will incur a 50% fee after enrollment. (i.e., training courses are only 50% refundable after enrollment)
Requests to reschedule or exchange an enrolled training course for a later date may be considered, subject to the same 14-day policy outlined above.
In exceptional cases where Green Hat Tactical must cancel a course or event, affected individuals will be notified promptly. Refunds or course credits will be provided at the discretion of Green Hat Tactical.
Do you get a ccw?
Not at this time, currently all of our handgun courses focus on OWB [outside Waist Band] techniques. These techniques do translate to effective concealed carrying. CCW can be obtained with GHT through a private course format.
Where are you located?
We host courses at various locations throughout the midwest regions. For each respective course, location will be listed at the top of the course description.
When are classes?
The class schedule is listed under the course tab.
What do I need to bring?
There is a required and suggested packing list for each course located under each course page.
Do I need my own gun?
We recommend that you bring and train with your own personal equipment, There is a package available in our Basic Firearm course that includes weapon and ammo.
How long are classes?
Each course length varies. It is a full range day, roughly 7+ hours.
Can I show up late?
No. The mandatory safety brief is at the beginning of the day. Students who miss the safety brief will not be allowed to participate.
Do I need to bring a lunch?
Yes. Depending on the range location, lunch maybe available for purchase. But just to be safe bring your own lunch.
Is there an age restriction?
Students ages 14-17 require permission from parent/legal guardian.
are there breaks throughout the day?
Yes, there are multiple breaks built into the course as well as a lunch break.
